Receipts

Credit card payments

The statement issued by your credit card company
shall serve in lieu of a receipt.
* This is recognized as an official receipt under accounting regulations by the tax authorities.
* Standalone receipts cannot be issued for credit card payments.
* A paid invoice can be issued for credit card payments.

Bank transfer payments

Normally, the bank transfer statement or the transfer completion screen shall serve in lieu of a receipt.
* This is recognized as an official receipt under accounting regulations by the tax authorities.
For bank transfer payments, a delivery note, receipt, or invoice can also be issued upon request.

Acknowledgment of Receipt

Acknowledgments of receipt can only be issued by Street Academy (Street Academy, external site) when the order was placed through Street Academy.

Delivery Timing

After payment is completed:

  • Products delivered immediately by email
  • Products delivered after a consultation, followed by setup or implementation work
  • Online courses delivered on a scheduled date and time

Cancellation, Returns, Exchange of Defective Items, and Termination

Due to the nature of the products, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted after payment has been completed.

However, products and services with a published refund policy will be handled in accordance with that policy.

Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation, returns, exchanges, and termination

Due to the nature of the products, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted after payment has been completed.

To cancel a monthly subscription, you may notify us of cancellation by email at any time, and we will process the cancellation.
If you cancel before the next billing date, no further charges will be applied from the following billing period onward.

Pro-rated refunds are not provided.
However, products and services with a published refund policy will be handled in accordance with that policy.

Upon cancellation of a monthly subscription, the malware countermeasures, virus countermeasures, security configurations, and security codes implemented under the subscription will be removed, either automatically or manually. You will need to reconfigure these settings yourself.

Monthly Subscription Products and Services

Monthly subscription services are billed at a monthly rate (hereinafter, “monthly fee”).
The monthly fee varies depending on the service you have subscribed to.

Monthly fees continue to apply for as long as you continue
to use the service.

We do not provide advance renewal notices for monthly fees, whether by letter, written notice, or email.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you request cancellation or cancel the subscription yourself.

At the time of renewal, a renewal notice will be sent via email or through services such as PayPal.

Annual and Semi-Annual Products and Services

Annual and semi-annual (subscription-based) services are billed every 6 months or every year.
The annual fee and semi-annual fee vary depending on the service you have subscribed to.

Annual and semi-annual fees continue to apply for as long as
you continue to use the service.

We do not provide advance renewal notices for annual or semi-annual fees, whether by letter, written notice, or email.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you request cancellation or cancel the subscription yourself.

Cancelling Monthly Subscription Services

When payment is processed via PayPal

PayPal-based monthly subscriptions can be cancelled or terminated at any time
through the PayPal subscription cancellation function.

Changes can be made from your PayPal account dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon processing through PayPal.
The service or product currently in use will be suspended at that point, so please take care if you have any transactions in progress within the service.

If you cancel before the next billing date, no further charges will be applied from the following billing period onward.

When payment is processed via Stripe or PAY.JP

If a cancellation or termination button is available for the Stripe or PAY.JP monthly subscription,
you can cancel or terminate by clicking that button.

If no cancellation button is available for Stripe or PAY.JP,
you can cancel or terminate by stating your wish to do so via our inquiry form or by email.

If you cancel before the next billing date, no further charges will be applied from the following billing period onward.

Coupons and Free Bonuses for Paid Products

Regarding the free-of-charge availability of paid products or coupon-based discounts:
if a purchase is made without applying the coupon, the product remains a paid product or is sold at the price displayed.

Please note that, due to the nature of the products, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.
